By accessing or using Bibaran ("the Service") at bibaran.com or app.bibaran.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Bibaran is a personal and business finance management platform that allows users to track income, expenses, parties, cheques, and reminders. The Service is provided "as is" for informational and organizational purposes only — it is not a licensed financial advisory or banking service.

To use Bibaran, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
• Use the Service to store or transmit false financial data to deceive others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into Bibaran.

The Bibaran name, logo, design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Bibaran. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our branding without prior written permission.

Bibaran currently offers a free plan. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or modify features in the future. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any significant pricing changes that affect existing users.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bibaran does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bibaran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
